Ioannis Pechlivanidis

Mr. Yiannis Pehlivanidis is the Vice Chairman and Deputy CEO of the National Bank of Greece. Before joining the NBG Group, Mr. Pehlivanidis has worked for the First National Bank of Chicago in Athens, Abu Dhabi and London  (1980-1989) and served as Deputy General Manager and Senior Credit Officer of the Bank of America, Athens (1989-1990),  Head of Consumer Credit and General Manager of  Chios Bank SA, Athens (1990-1999), Managing Director of  Novabank SA, Athens (1999-2002) and First Vice-President of Banc Post SA, Romania. (2003-2004). Mr. Pehlivanidis, holds a Master of Science in Economics (LSE).
